new to the h.a.m.b. and my 51 plymouth build

so i bought this 51 because it was a 2 door coupe ive had it now for a few short months and have gone full throttle lowered 3 inchs in all four conners with air shocks and powder coated the wheels and redid the interior and of corse all new brakes now ive driven it a hand full of time do to a really leaky and smoky motor lol i could put a diesel to shame so this brings me to a few options rebuild or rebuild add a turbo and install that t5 i have laying around or v8 and auto trans what do guys think

i hate the new gas cans whos bright idea was that my arm is going to fall off times its empty and i spill way more gas trying to get to empty im talking about the dam safety nozzles
