    All-

I'm getting ready to mount some rumble seat springs to my '32 3W. I already have the back spring top bracket installed. Anyone have details (pics) of the lower back spring mounting brackets. There are two 12-24 clinch nuts along lower lid edge (installed in the two metal reliefs) that they should attach to (I think), but I don't know what they physically look like. I am quessing some strapping that wraps around a spring wire/frame and bolts to the clinch nut. A pic would be great!

Also, how does the bottom seat spring attach to the floor? The front edge sits on the riser panel (not sure what holds it there), but what holds the rear side of the springs. I see the 33/34 has a special Rumble Seat bottom spring retainer (40-41000-B). Is there something similar for the 32 3W (can this 33/34 retainer be modified and used)? Or is the seat wedge up against the tall Lid stop brackets?

    Randy, et al
I re-posted some of your pics for clarification with what I am trying to understand more clearly. This is in preparation of installing the seat springs that are currently at the upholster (so I don't have them for reference). Thanks

I left the seat springs out of my rumble seat rear ... because I needed the room for suitcases and
such when my wife and I travel. :)

The top seat springs have a bracket ( or at least mine do ) that slips in to the deck lid.
The bottom springs and hardware on my coupe were MIA ...
