    Nice Score, Chris...

You know I've got a bit of an affliction for panels/deliveries....

Wish mine was priced closer to where yours was....phew!

  6. Well, I wish mine was as nice as yours, you get what you pay for ;)

  7. Probably. I think shop logos on truck doors are kinda cleshay nowadays, but I want this thing to be functional. It's gonna be my swap meet rig so I may as well advertise!

Maybe I'll fly you in to letter it up for me :)

I think the rear bumper should be moved to the front. A push bumper for your next purchase, a belly tank!

My finger is tapping waiting for the latest update!!! I know you made some big changes Today!!!!!!

  19. I know, been busy tonight!

So yes, I bought this 39 panel 150 miles from me on CL pretty much sight unseen for parts (rear gravel pan and hinges), but after getting it decided it was the keeper and my Brother called dibs on the 46! So now I am looking for 1939 Ford parts :D Good thing it was cheap. Aside from the holes cut in the sides the body is pretty dang nice

Here's a teaser until I get it cleaned up, yes there is no axles under it:

Holy crap! And I'VE been accused of having the attention span of a goldfish when it comes to cars... Both are ugly, but in cool sort of way. I miss my '42 truck that had to go a couple of years ago, and since seeing Bad Bob's truck, been wanting a '39 for a bit now too... See! Glad it's you and not me.

Lol, you change cars more often than I change my pants.
The 38/39s are my favourite Ford truck.

Looks like a good start. I like the power train combo too. You should throw a 3 speed OD in it. They are easy to find for a Y block and would sure help with the free way speeds.
