History History on a 73 Mustang flopper BB/FC "Strip Streaker"

Look'n for history on a 73 Mustang funny car BB/FC with the # 317 (believed to be an NHRA #). Car waz named " Strip Streaker". Thought to have been bought in New York, built in Ohio and ended up in Maine.(70s)
Any info or leads would be appreciated.
