It's merits have been discussed on this board a few times. Now it's on the auction block. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Othe...iewItemQQcategoryZ6472QQitemZ4567039242QQrdZ1
I like it somewhat, I don't LOVE it and 110K??????????? I've seen cooler cars for one tenth the money (or less for that matter). I guess if your rich and want EVERYBODY to know it, you buy things like this. Guess I just can't play with the big boys.
I've seen the car before. I like some of the elements of it, and the craftmanship is second to none, but I think overall it's just plain ugly. I'd rather take the same money and have a 8 or 10 cars to play with.
I have never seen it in person and I always kinda liked it..... until I saw some of those side shots........SHEESH. I wasn't aware that the wheelbase is 145"!!! Holy cow, thats insane. That heap wouldn't fit in my garage. Oh well, I guess I'll spend my 110g's on something else.
Never seen it before. Some really nice detail. But it leaves me "as cold as a cucumber". Meaning my shorts aren't gettin' tight.
That car is incredible! The workmanship is exquisite. Some may question the function, but when you see it person you can spend hours looking at it.
One thing's for sure, it sure sucks that my inboard Buick drum job is out there already, been working on it on a quickchange / 33 coupe, now everyone's gonna think I copied it off that thing.
Looks like he has enough parts there to build two really neat cars. I guess he wanted to save time and space and just put them all together in one. Too strange to drive in my neighborhood.
Was on vacation last week and went to the Peterson Museum. Spent a little while looking at the detail and workmanship of the car and it was pissia!
145" of having you and your family's knees in their chests for only $110K?... not my cup of tea. it does look put together extremely well though.
