I flipped my calendar other day to august and couldn’t believe this cool A bone coupe.
What a perfect early fifties hot rod.
    Anybody know this car?

    All it says is.

    Owner Jeff Dorris
    Chopped 5
    Channeled 5 rear 7 front
    49 265
    SCOT
    two 48’s
    4” crank
    5 sp
    56 chevy rear

This car is what its all about (for me). They should all look this good.

That car in fact does belong to my friend Jeff "Pump" Dorris. He'll build one just like it for you at the shop he runs with "Big Dummy" Rob Markworth, Fender Alley in Fullerton. Jeff is a stand up guy and the machine is super clean! There is at least 4 years into that HOT ROD. Until I heard this Flathead, I never thought twice about building one for myself, but now that is one more dream.

    I don't even think that's a scot, looks like a 4-71 maybe?

    Clean car, nice!

nope it looks like a scot, too many ribs for a 4/71 and not tall enough.

    thats a well executed car.
