    my names wes new to the h.a.m.b. love this site it has the lot,, iv always been interested in old cars bikes trucks ,and if they look a bit hotter than stock and go a bit better kool. low budget has always been my style,due to money burning holes in my pockets,he ha, im working on a 36 bedford truck in ratrod style,sitting on 28 dodge ch***is with holden hz independent disc brake front end,will post pics in coming weeks,

    Welcome Wes. The term Rat is not a welcome name here. This is a traditional Rodding site. If you avoid using the rat term you will find you will be made most welcome here. 36 Bedford should be very different.

    while thats silly its a term i describe as a hotrod thats pieced together on a budget ,looks kool but is built to be safe. no disrespect meant.wes.

    When ever some one uses the term rat rod on the hamb the mental image pictured by most is a pile of **** ,unsafe and held together with fencing wire.
    Steering set ups made from plumbing fixtures etc.
    l am not saying thats what you mean .
