  2. I always thought one would be slick set up like a CanAm racer.

    I think if I recall they ran one on the sand @ Daytona that looked pretty good. I don't know if lifting one is the answer at least not lifting on up like a mud truck, but they do lend themselves to a performance theme. The trick is to have enough to spend on it to make it into a wolf in wolf's clothing.

    I would rather be at a show filled with "G***ER TYPE" cars than a 100 fibergl*** '32 hot rods!!!

    I hear you, I call my 63 Vette a "Hot rod". John Force calls his funny car a "hot rod" Good enuff for him, good enuff for me. :D

    they're makin full blown tri five chevy g***er rollers now for about 20 grand. so there is definitely more tri five g***ers. haha

  12. At about any show or cruise for one.

    I was at a race a few years back, close enough to now to count I suppose where there were quit a few 15 second (and slower) lifted cars running in as "g***ers" I suppose that counts as Faux. I'll tell you what slicks on a 15 second car is about like a dress on a goat. :rolleyes:

    Hot rod magazine did an article on them a couple of months back, I'll see if I have if laying around for the information for you. Actually I think that the cost was about 30k for a repop five five on a roller ch***is though.
