    Hello everyone,
I am building a 347 for a 1957 Pontiac Chieftain. I have a couple of spares but the one I am building is a little different from the spares. On the spare motors there is a breather that is pinned to the block just over the center of the cam shaft and it mates with another baffle just under the intake manifold. The one that I am building has the baffle BUT there is no breather that gets pinned to the block...the other blocks were drilled from the factory for it but this one is not drilled. I guess my question is, is there a different type of breather or was this a later model motor that did not require the pinned breather? Any help with this would be a great help.

    Thanks,
    Chris

Try Pontiac-50's site. They know all the good stuff.
