Howdy, do any Hoodlums have any ideas where a poor fat kid in Mn. could find a set of new OEM type cast iron rear brake drums? and a complete set of 4 self adjuster kits, I have struck out round these parts. I need to drive my Bonneville some more this year. Thank You Don

The brake drums you need are a Raybestos 2057, or Bendix 140201, or Carquest 8873. Your local parts place should be able to cross one of those numbers. They fit 76-89 Pontiac, 71-95 Buick, 75-95 Chevy, 71-93 Olds, &91-95 Cadillac.
Rockauto.com should have the other parts you need if you go to their website and punch up your application.
    Hope that helps,
    Bud

Those drums are likely on the shelf at a local auto parts store as well as the brake adjuster kits you need.

Good luck on the drums, I ran across this with my 62 Pontiac Bonneville, Safari...
I had to find a NOS drum with a hub... since no one around here would swedge the hub with studs to just a drum.... No one has listing for a drum.. be it Wagner, Bendix, Dorman (yes Dorman sells brake stuff)... Found hard ware kits, and brake hoses, brake cable were a hard to find for the rear... I have one bare nos(wagner) drum in the Garage... it was $225.00 .. There are some really nice disc brake kits for the front of these Poncho's. They also keep the 5 on 5 large bolt pattern also ... Good luck on the brakes.... I may suggest also to has your wheel cylinders sleeved with stainless steel, I also did my NOS master cylinder through Hagen's here I Washington.
I would some good stuff from OldsObsolete in Montana..
