Guide and B-L-C 7" sealed beam headlight bulbs...Which ones are you using?

    ...question is, which 7" sealed beam bulbs are the best for the Guide and B-L-C headlights?...brand?...part number?

    ...which ones are you using?

    I use Wagner 6014 sealed beams in the B.L.C. headlights. Believe the H6024 are halogen.

    I use the Wagner Halogens (H6024) in my 903-J's they are pretty bright and look OK.

    I use NOS AC units. I bought a case on Ebay. Have the old look, and the old gold glow. Probably not the brightest (me or the lights).

    seems like the older atlas, ge, sealed beams fit the notches best.

    The most recent set I got were the H6024's. Speaking of which, what I find strange is the cost disparity of these units at the auto parts stores. I've very recently seen them range from $9 (each) at Walmarts to $26 at one of the auto chain stores. I just bought a set ( in the original boxes) at the swap meet at Macungie for $4. Go figure.

    T-3s used and coveted by all the muscle car crowd. No one has commented on them so they might not have ever been noticed but I might have pissed off some picky muscle car restorers.:D They were a big deal when I did my 66 Chevelle. I think they repop the smaller variety now.
