This is a good friend of mines car. He bought this car basicly stock and re-created it like one he used to have in High school. It is a VERY nice 56 post with a small block and an auto...but he just picked eveything up to make it a stick. Has ball joint spacers up front, fenderwell headers with pipes exiting in front of the rear slicks. He made the front push bar too. As a lot of you guys know I'm more of an early Ford guy but would LOVE a car like this! Whatta think??

Looks nice, real clean. I like the black 55 2dr wagon also.

that is really sweet 56' it's cool like it is but a 4spd would finish it off nicely.

That's awesome!!! I'm a real ****er for cars that look actually like the early sixties gas cl*** g***er and not street freaks. Purposeful.

Is that a Delray interior? Those are some of the best factory interiors, IMO.

That car is awesome!! It seems like every old 55-57 g***er is a '55 with chopped wheel wells.
It's nice to see a '56 done so well.

  20. I don't know what your threads all about but I do know this would be a way better photo if that two door post tri-five and '36 tudor sedan weren't blocking that oh so sweet lookin' Flexible bus and *****in' ramp truck in the background. :D

Nice car. I agree those were some of the nicest interiors out there. I love the seats. Lippy

Car's a Bel Air post, with a Bel Air interior. The Delray was a 210 option, that included a two tone block panel interior for the seats and a vinyl perforated headliner, that was nicer than the bel Air IMO. My likes run toward the plain Jane 150's. Butch/56sedandelivery.
