firing order help

    Front to rear.

    1 3 5 7 on the drivers side bank and 2 4 6 8 on the p***enger (US) bank.

    Standing in front of the car, and looking down over the distributor is clockwise.

    Same as Mopar iron hemis (smile) . And the actual firing order, this cyl, then that one, then his one here, is the same on Ford flatheads but they are numbered differently.

  10. Only if you have a 4-9 swap grind cam.

    Seriously, standing in front of the SBC looking down, rotor turns clockwise as well as the crankshaft- equally important to know, good luck.
