The bearing caps for the trunnions are swaged in to the u-joint bodies. They are not replaceable as an individual part. You'll just have to pony up and buy a complete unit.
Do you mean Torrington bearings? I think they make the small cross joints for the universal joint itself?
Try taking your old joint to a REAL parts house or farm supply and have them size it out. A lot of PTO joints (for tractors) are the same size.
