A MASSIVE THANK YOU to all that came and enjoyed themselves. You fellow HAMBers make our show what it is. I thank you and our club thanks you. As always...Crazy mad stupid fresh ill ass shout outs to all the clubs that made it...Atomic Injectors, Andy and Brian from the Emperors, Bare Bones, Chrome Czars, Bloody Knuckles, Cam Snappers, No Club, Numnuts, Roberto Merkado (aka Bob Bleed), Triple J (Johnny Jean Jacket), Jakester, you crackas all rule. Any the others I may be forgetting because I'm dumb I thank you. The aftershow shindig was a blast! Dodge Ball, burnouts, a little skateboarding and BMX. I do believe that Chocolate Chip cookies maybe the only thing closer to the purest form of good times. Once again Thank you and I hope to see all of you at the Pile Up and or next year. Love, Carl - Cheaters Car Club
me and todd left early, todd went on some date with a girl, and i was getting a tattoo finished. thanks to the cheaters for being cool. anyway, i was over at my buddys house picking up a model A front end.... WTF i heard someone died??????
Thanks to Carl and all the Cheaters for a great time. Awesome spot, just need a little more room. Burgers and malts were great from the diner. It was really good to meet some of the HAMBers. Hopefully next year I will have something to bring. Wish I could have stayed for the after party. What else can I say. It was to die for...
This show was good. I rather have been at the goodguys show, though. The cheaters show is filled with Great conversation, stupid jokes, food beer, and gasoline guslers, and flame throwers. I would much rather see guys in lawn chairs at goodguys. Carl your sense of humor is sick(or shall I say humor to die for?
Thanks again everyone! Cheater Jim was the guy in the white T-shirt working on the overdose victim, he said it didn't look good when they loaded him up in the amubulance. That sucks. His family said he was boozing it up down the street and taking pain pills, a deadly combo. Lesson learned, but it still sucks. 51ratt, dragginass I've always been a nice guy, sometimes we just have to take the time to find out for ourselves, thanks to you guys as well. If you ever need anything up this way let me know. Keep it real honkies! Carl - cheaters car club
Great car show as usual. I like that it's smaller and you actually get to meet new people as well as hang out with your friends. Thanks Cheaters! On a side note - sorry to hear that the guy had to go to the hospital, however, on a note of caution I was 'illin @ the show from my over indulgence on Fri. night. A friend of mine is a virtual pharmacy (she has some back problems). So, BEFORE I took a pill to make the pounding in my head go away, I made sure that 1) she gave me the right pill 2) that it was safe to take on top of a drinking spree before entering a 2nd drinking spree AFTER taking the pill. They print warning labels on pill bottles and on the paper that comes with your prescriptions for a reason. I did not however remember "Beer before liquor never sicker/ liquor before beer have no fear". Lesson learned on that one! Dez
Cool show! Much better than having to sort thru all the billet at Goodguys to find the real rods. Maybe could use a bit more space. Panhead Guy
Man, try and try as we might, now matter what you do someone finds something to complain about. Ya see, that's the magic of our show, it is pure goodness packed into such a small area, it forces people to mingle and meet one another , were as at a bigger car show of this type folks have a tendency to get into "clicks" and keep to the group they came with, maybe sending the wrong message to others, they may seem less approchable to some, but NOT at The Cheaters Show, no siree! We are all about harmony in the hot rod and kustom world. I don't know if you rode your panhead, but if you did you would have found plenty of room to park under the "hardtail tent". There's no "I" in CHEATERS! Stay gold, Carl.....Cheaters Good Times and Car Club
