I'm looking for an 8' to 9' long belly tank. Preferably fibergl***. I've found an 11' and a 4'8" but those are too long and too short. Just checking if any of you guys had a lead. Thanks.

Get in touch with Elmo Rodge (that is his HAMB name). Wayno makes fibergl*** P-38 tanks. He is in Salina, UT. He just finished his belly tank lakester and ran at Speedweek, #404 if you see any pics of it.

Hey, Mattrat are you looking to make a super high mileage car out of a drop tank? If so and you buy a fiber gl*** one they should be able to lay it up lighter than normal since you won't need that much strength for low speed. I have a steel tank that is 10ft long and it is not that heavy,[I can pick it up by myself] I live in louisville, but can take it to Indy goodguys swapmeet if you want to look at it dave

I bought this one the other day. Going to build a pedal car type deal for my son out of it. They are only about 5 foot but maybe he has info or can get you one in the length you want.

Yes I am,,, getting ready for the Shell Eco-Marathon in April. That's a good point about the laying of the fibergl***. I'm in hopes of making a 60lb car. My last one was 106lbs.
