Ok, so this is OT , but i think this is the second OT i have posted so i figured its ok, delete if you want. I just watched the live GB show on the CBGB's site, it takes a long time to download but its well worth it. i know alot of guys on here are old punk rocks kids and hardcore kids so i know some of you will want to check it out. Civ said some really cool shit about Straight Edge kids, supporting your scene, Bullshit racism. You should check it out. Hey boys, this is true. Lots of old hardcore guys into rods these days. I even saw Cabellaro at the Rumblers NYC show. Anyway, one of my favorites from back in the day was always UNDERDOG. Russ the bass player is actually one of my best friends now. Its weird to know all these guys so well so many years later. Met Lars from Rancid this weekend too,he's an S.F. Rumbler. Well, you all know there are a lot of old punk's that run with us, pretty funny. Anyway's , Underdog is playin my club Asbury Lanes on Sept. 10th, and 11th for the kiddies. Its gonna be sick, people are calling like crazy. Side note, met Arthur from Gorilla Bisquits here as well, he loves this place. The phone just rang, Dywane Peters and The Huns just confirmed too, some crazy Sk8 fest thing happening with The Kings of Nuttin on Sept 17th. In the long run, we all stick together.
Hey Mel, You know Civ used to be in the Rumblers as well right? Back when I joined in '00. We used to stock the fridge at Union Pool with O'Douls just for him! Haha! He did most for my tattoo work as well. I should get in touch with him and get more work done!
I saw Underdog play w/ Scream @ the Wilmar center in madison Wi. in the 80's. The Wilmar is an old church/community center, I'll look for a pic of that show to post. What's the singers name? I saw him play with Into Another somtime ago at a roller rink.

Hey I got to be friends with Skeeter from Scream years later too, wonder where he is now. Scream was amazeing. I played drums in a band called P.I.S. and then later we called ourselves Wellaware. When it came to an end I joined the Marines, on line for chow my first week there, I meet the guitar player for Breakdown. Now that was weird. Since I hang with half of the old NYC crowd, and or know them through friends, we are talking about doing a big show some time soon at my place Asbury Lanes. Thinking of doin a big old punks bowling tournament with bands bowling against each other and bands on our stage in the middle of the lanes. That would be sick! Just think, Harley pitted against John Joseph, Suicidal against the world, I'd pay to see that. The punk rock battel Royal!!! I'll keep you posted.
I can't believe I missed it and I was in town. Squirm called me and said Civ wanted to say hi and as it turns out we coulda gone, but none of us can tell the future. I'm going to England on Tuesday for a punk rock reunion, I'll be playing with my band Chimp Eats banana for one night only. I remember seeing the Gorilla Biscuits with Judge and Insted back in the day. By the way, I think it's a new Nissan or Honda commercial with a Civ song playing in the background (can't wait one minute more). How crazy is that?
