Rockers Identification-Hmm??? Fed Mogul RRA-25-3

Here's a head scratcher for you... I've got two sets of these rockers 6 cylinder... box has some writing on it that says 215 or early 223... Here's some quality pics and if any one has an old Federal Mogul book, the number is RRA-25-3. Thanks for any info... here's those pics:
