I drove the "chase truck" today following the 1935 Buffalo on it's once a year 60 mile trip back to "the farm". It comes out for the annual Burnsville Fire Muster event. When we arrived there was a freshly delivered 1957 Cadillac (last night at mid-night, in the gas station parking lot due to poor lighting at the farm). I took some photos today, lets take a look......

I think it would be safe to say, they like old fire trucks. That last photo shows 3 - 1935 Buffalo's. 2 of them still run the Hercules, and the other has a Olds 455. The Cad needed it's battery charged......So I got busy taking some shots of various cars.

The main pole barn is 40 x 100. It holds lots. There was 2 other fire trucks inside. A running, driving Reo and this FWD. Check out the "pumpkin" just under the radiator. Old 4x4, so cool......Looked like a heavy Ford ch***is in front of the FWD?

If those Fords don't start, you can always rely on the 1930 Chevy "Wrecker", yeah it runs.:D:D:D

Here's just a shot out into the gr***. You should have seen this place a few years back. I saw a stack of 160 ***les, and lots of them didn't have ***les:eek:. This is not a "junk yard". Nothing is really "for sale". It's just a few guys' collection.

There's another "building" where I found some more interesting stuff. Don't see many Nash or Overlands these days.......

These last 2 are photo's of photos. I tried to resize them, but the original ones won't down-load. The 32 Lincoln engine was sweet. Nice day it was!
