You better love that truck or send it down the road to someone like,aaaa............ME! Seriously that truck is awesome. I too love the old dodges and you will find they are pretty cool. Not many around compared to a chevy or ford. Great score!

My Granddad had a '46, bought it new and drove it 'til he died in '71. I love those trucks. I was gonna steal stewdecky's when he drove it to the Stray Kat 500, but thought they might not let me come back if I did!

I remember the wasp nests in my granddad's. He just ignored them, said leave 'em alone and they won't bother you.

I'm going to keep an eye on Arkiehotrods as my drivers side door won't lock. I'm thinking dual carbs and exhaust on the ol' flathead. Maybe a t-5 ****** to speed things up. What are your plans munster?

Most early Mopars doors lock by pushing/pulling the inside handle opposite of the way you open it.

Very nice, always wondered what these would look like with the headlights moved toward the grille a bit, they're kind out of place way out on the fender. Not that it looks bad, but it would be more 'stylish' with them moved in and maybe down a bit. But what do I know :p

There was a truck just like this at the Redneck Rumble This weekend. Same year color and all it was a pretty cool truck. Good luck with your project!

i haven't had a chance to check and see what damage might have been caused from the battery situation? anyone else ever gone thru this?
it might help in getting her going....guy said he had the starter rebuilt but im thinking that was before the wire problem
