Out of curiosity, has this car ever been in Panama City Beach Fl in the last 6 or 8 years? I would have swore I saw it there a few years ago.
Just bought a '64 and it should be here in a few minutes. Can't wait, especially after looking through this post while waiting.
My previous '64 series 62, now belongs to Sam (cornbinder52). I know he's already lovin it!! Posted from the TJJ App for iPhone & iPad
I'm guessing those rear quarter windows don't go down. Looks like they may be a hazzard when trying to enter the back seat. And I'd hate to have to find a windshield like that. Was that unique to that year and model only?
They do, they move back automatically when the door is opened, although mine aren't working as they should. The windshield was unique used only on 59 and 60 Eldorado Broughams. Only 99 were built in 1959, hand made in Italy by Pininfarina
FINALLY, I can play in this thread !!!!!!!! Picked up this bone stock 98K mile 64 CDV last week and she got an altitude adjustment Saturday. Off to a good start.
