Boy this won't last long! She,C***andra, wanted to hang out in the garage with me...listening to the ipod and block sanding. She then wrote in pencil on my fender..I love my Dad...
I guess wearing roller blades takes some of the "work" out of body work.... Nice pics, I have some of my kid when he was 10 doing the exact same thing... -Abone.
that's so cool. i wish MY kid had shown a tenth of that much interest at that age... he's interested NOW, because he can't afford a new car and thinks i'll donate one to him.... we'll see about that.
ROLLER BLADES! man, just think how much i could get done. if i lived through it. when mine comes out i just let her do what ever she wants, then i fix it later.
Get 'em in there young. I love having my son help with the '49 Plymouth - and he enjoys learning a skill. Too many kids just want to play on their X-box and don't get the value of restoring a cool old car. Not mine - he has already told me he is saving up (age 12, mind you) to buy a basket cased old VW bug bus that we can rebuild together. It's a little OT for the HAMB, but I started on Austin Healeys...so maybe there's hope for him yet!
They too (VW) can be very cool! My friend did one over with i believe a tricked out v-6,duel exhaust, etc....it hauled ***ss!
