A couple channeled cars in the current Rodfather Tour caught my eye.

Since I'm shopping for a roadster I see a bunch of cool highboys, but the channeled "low boy" look keeps appealing to my eastern senses.

This car changed hands alot and has been posted many times on the HAMB but its got a hevy channel.. 12 inches plus!! I think its cool...

OK , serious question....
Why do these builders completely ignore the rear wheel well arch?

If you want the tires there, move or remove the arch. Looks like a major*****up in that area. Like the*****er face girls.

 

Here is a 32 ford done in the late 40's early 50's. I had a huge collection of channeled rods but my computer died a few weeks ago and I lost all of them. Thanks for starting this thread I need to start collecting again.
