Hidden VIN on 1958 Ranchero

Where do I find the hidden VIN on my 1958 Ranchero? Thanks.

 

there should be a vin stamped on top of the p***enger side frame rail, just before the firewall.

 

Yes, a little careful wire brushing should bring it to light. I've seen them on Edsels; the characters are about 3/8" and fairly lightly stamped and spaced apart.

 

Yes, that is where it is located on my 59 Ranchero.
