Hello to everyone. I made it! 40+ years as a heavy equipment mechanic/crane operator. Recently retired. FINALLY have time for my stuff, which is a 1941 Studebaker M5 1/2ton pickup. I saw Tinbenders 1 1/2" chopped M5 and it makes the vehicle "POP". That's the look I'm after! Tinbender suggests that a 1 1/2' chop is the optimal amount to chop without having to pie cut the top.I don't want to get into something that's over my head and ruin the project. Research, research, research.Anyone out there have pics or suggestions as to where to cut and how to do it? Thanks guys. Dan
Hello Dan from the west coast of Florida. It does not sound like you are going to stay retired very long now that you can start working on your 1941 Studebaker. Best of luck and have plenty of fun along the way working on your truck. Jimbo
