We need some Washington State HAMB'ers on here to give us a hand in helping Barbara Thompson get rid of some, or all of here stuff!!! If you haven't read the article already, click on the link in my sig, and go from there!!! This lady needs your help, and we probably could use some of here parts!!! Washington appears to have gotten really strict lately about this stuff, as there's a truck salvage yard I've heard about being shut down at the end of the year!!! THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!! TTYL. Later, peace... Troy.
TROY. i know you have her number. have you called her and spoken to her about the situation??? i'm exhausted right now or i'd call. maybe later. i don't realy know what help i could offer from this far away though. other than emailing everyone i know, including SEMA and letting them know what is up. which i've already done. i'm still just so angry about this.
The Unfinished Nationals are Sept 2-4 in Elma Wa. Not too far away from those cars. Maybe we can get a road trip from there to look things over.......OLDBEET
Thought I might catch the Drags on Monday, on our way home. FEDER and FEDSLED will be racin. I'd like to see SHINY, BADPAT and THEO show up, then we wouldn't have to drink "sissy beer".............OLDBEET
I was trying to get her number off of whitepages.com and google.com so that I could post it here for some local HAMBers. I am glad others are getting involved...now, if only she were closer to MO.
sounds like there may be some switches out of a Mercury or somethin? I think I've seen pictures of this place, post cards with the words "Truck Farming" looks like typical farm type pickups and junk from the sixties and seventies mostly,*****tered throughout a pasture or two. here in the Northwest if a Cornbinder is left in cow***** in the rain for twenty or thirty years it aint worth much. good luck prospecting, I'll pass on this one.
Well I dont necessarily need any car parts and Im not sure what I could do, but if you just need people to provide labor I can help. I live near Seattle and my dad lives in Port Ludlow and I can probably get him and some of my buddies to come along if needed. Let me know. -Sean
I live less than 30 mins from Elma, can haul them over here. I cant access yer web page so I cant see what yer talkin about The state just fined my bud 3 grand for having 25 pre 1960 cars on his property. They photo-ed them form the air. He sent them ALL to the scarp yard in 2 days.
