  3. I really doubt that PPG will make you a custom windshield, any more than Ford will build you a new 32 three window or RCA will build you a 26 inch black and white console TV.
A custom made curved windshield is going to cost a bundle, 2 grand, at least and you will have to build a buck for the shop to fit it to. I'm sure there is someone doing them. I know 20 years ago, someone in South Africa was making them for some of the big custom guys. Good luck

and your welcome... I'm just trying to HELP!!!

  14. Getting a lot of whiz-bzng answers tp your question?
There are jobbers in Detroit but they are expensive! About 2G's for the first one and then they get cheaper. You have to make a fibergl*** form for this too for the gl*** to lay on.
I needed a Lamborghini Jalpa windscreen and had to find a similar one from a van. You then find someone who has a 3 axis water jet machine. If they will even mess with you to write a program. Cover the gl*** with strong glued Duct tape from a air conditioning wholesaler. Mark out the outline for what you need. The tracer follows the black line and the cutter High Pressure water does the job nicely. They will not guarantee any of the fit nor if they break one. It's your expense and they will want their time paid for also if it happens. Good luck.

If you asked this in the first place you wouldn't have gotten as many useless comments. As for that truck, it is beyond HAMB friendly and most likely not worth the cost of new gl***.
    PS Salvage yards.

Find one from a newer car you can cut down to match, or at least get close. Easier to m***age metal than gl***.

  17. Come on. You've been here long enough. If he had mentioned the HiLux in his first post, there would be five pages, of junior moderators, busting his balls for mentioning a forbidden brand.

    If this is your TRUCK
    CHOP IT
    flatten the windshield
    use flat gl***

    no one will notice
