We'll be having our summer Open House on August 28th. 10:00am-????? Live Rock-A-Billy, Hot Rods, Vintage Hot Dogs (just kidding). Pre '63 Hot Rods and Customs only please. Hope to see as many of you here as can make it. Plan now and don't be a cheese by not showing up.

We aren't mean and we don't make people work who come and visit. Kevin and I are beginning to get a little to close so we need other people to shaparone (sp) us.

 

Post some hot rod pics. Maybe people will come. Maybe we can invite the girls from that strip club down the street.

Well I recieved a call today from a guy in Madison who said that he is comming for the show. Wow, a dude thats 4 hrs away! Now if he can clear his schedule than maybe I will go.

 

What size undies do you want?? And if my girlfriend wears boxers is that even better?

Of course. If you're bringing a car to show though, I'm requesting pre '63 Hot Rods and Customs only please. We'll have another lot for all the "new" stuff. Come on over.

 

where exactly is Glen Ellyn Illinois?

 

Glen Ellyn is about 6 miles from 290 on Roosevelt road. The shop is in Addison though, which is about 3 miles from 290 on Lake St.

Wether you are comming from north or south, take the 290West/Lake St. Exit off of 294 and go west on Lake for about 3 miles. At Addison Road (theres a BP and a Walgreens on the corners) make a right. My shop is the third building up on the left.

If you're comming from 355, Lake St. east to Addison Rd., make a left.

 

As it gets closer, if anybody plans on comming, let me know via PM so I know how much soda/dogs/suds to get so I don't get too much or not enough. Thanks to the Hot Rod Hucksters for playing and to Hellfish for DJing after their done. Should be a great time.

Hey is my super secret project done?

Obviously since I am in the band I will be there.

I just ordered a new tranny pan for the coupe, so that will probably be my thursday project.

The future Mrs Django is probably going to drive the chevelle. Her first time... that is if I can get the seat to move forward.

But is it finished??

 

There need to be a test fit to see if the linkage will operate or if a spacer needs to be added.

 

I guess we'll have to do that sunday since the car is down right now.

Hey all you Illinois, Indiana, and Wistexas goons, I visited this shop a couple of Thursdays ago and it's a "honest to goodness" hotrod shop. The owners are very cool guys.

This should be a great event. I'll be stumblin' by after work. Is 5:30p - 6:00p too late to stop by?
