46 Ford Gauges and Senders

I’m putting back the original 46 ford gauge cluster into my 46 coupe. The system was originally 6v but when I had cluster re-done they put in a 12v to 6v voltage regulator and temp was converted to 12v. I ***ume none of my senders will work now because they were for a later model VDO gauges.
What senders can I use that will match the old cluster? Any ideas? I was told 69 mustangs? Any ideas or help is appreciated.

 

I'd think you could just call Summit or Jegs and order a sender for a VDO? Is it an electric gauge?

No I'm taking the VDO gauges out and replacing them with the Original 46 cluster just modified to accept 12V now. I think I'm going to have to look for 40"s model senders.

here are what I use on 40 Ford converted clusters
Oil BWD brand S330-water BWD brand WT324 or
Niehoff brand--oil-PT3105--water-TS25571

stock gas tank sender too
