This sits as close to perfect as I've ever seen. Ya can't go wrong basing yours off of it.

Heres something "WILD" Start with chrome flake then candy pink, then box it with black and white cobweb and fade in edges. White roll-n-pleat interior. Maybe a nail head with tri-power. Then how about chrome reverse wheels with white walls and last chrome all the sepension. That will scream 60's for sure!:D

I also think that Lucky pretty much nailed what can be done with this body. When you chop and channel something that is tight to begin with, there ain't much room left inside. I'm 6'0" and doubt that I could safely pilot this thing, but I'd sure like to try to sit in it sometime, just to see how tight it really is.

Amazing how fast people find pics of it. Hot rod detective superheros.

If you want to put it back to how it was, your choice. If it has a significant history that may be the way to go. But it's your ride at the end of the day you have a great base for a family project. Build what you want and enjoy it. Stance wise I love Dan Hogans ford.

You probably have noticed post #10, by Phil1934.
The green car is the rendering I did first for my '29 pickup.
If you're anything like me you'll change your mind about ten times.
I went from green, to red, to blue, to dark red, to purple, to orange
    and so it goes.
Where I am today is going with a bit more of a traditional look.
I'm thinking of a metalflake black with red and silver trim.
So far this is what I'm most comfortable with.
Here's the new black idea to.

No, that's been done already, but I would love to build a pickup similarly to Rolf's coupe (or a coupe, Tudor, anything I could get my mits on really).

I'd fill the roof repaint it as is and put it on a black ch***is with black a black motor finned valve covers and a 6x2 manifold and put the headlights on posts on the frame.

Well, I'd start by putting it in MY garage... :D

Seriously though, looks like a good start. I really dig the blue and scallops. Personally, I'd build it fairly simple... A ch***is, big and littles for a rubber rake, blackwalls, a vintage powerplant, restraint on the chrome. But that's just me.
