I launch it at 6k, shift at 6800, and go through the traps at 7100 rpm.

That is an awesome video! I have a new 5 speed ST1200 Lenco for my G***er project but still have not ridden or driven a car with one, so this helps me see the reality of driving one, thanks, and any tips for a newbie would be helpful.

 

ST1200 is an excellent transmission. You will love it. Just make sure to leave the water box in high gear, and it will be bulletproof.
