Well, it hasn't rained all damn summer and wouldn't you know it, the forecast for Saturday....... rain! Happens every year. Who plans on going to the CR Swap 10/13?

My buddy IowaMercMan wanted to go last week, but I told him no one would probably be there!

If you see me in my Outsiders jacket, say hi.

Is the snowy photo from April, 2011? I was there. If memory serves me correctly, the spring swap meet was even in March at times. Does that sound right? Either way, I have been there for multiple snows.

Yes, April 16 2011, didn't get as wet then as I did today though. And yes always was in March till a few years ago, if my memory is serving me correctly.

Got it! Bought a vending space and stayed until 9:00 when I too was far too wet and cold to continue.

Even staying only two hours I was able to find a nice 40 standard headlight door, vintage aircraft seatbelt, a big bunch of early Ford spring clamps, and a nice T windshield frame. Never been so wet there before, and the vendors were WAY down.

never miss it, bought a crietz 2x4 intake , a 65 gto Hurst shifter, a moon tank, a new in the box thrush muffler and a snap on tire Scriber used for checking toe in. Vendors were way down, but it was still a good event

Just got back home, found a high rise intake for a 2.8 v6, set of new headers for sbc and some small chrome parts, and very wet but was still fun!

Did you buy 3-4 sets of Ford spring clamps? If so, you bought them from me on the backstretch of the intermediate track.
