help identifying this engine crankcase vent tube

Hi I am new to this forum and restoring and hotroding (a little) my 1951 chevy truck.
I need help identifying this engine crankcase breather I saw at a car show. Lou.

It looks like it could be homemade or it's off something else and modifyed for a pcv valve. This engine had a road draft tube with a baffle built in.

 

the guy that owned the car in the pic said he purchased it at a car show from a guy that was making them but did remember his name. it has a draft connection for positive cc ventilation.

 

so it sounds like you don't need to identify it . but rather who makes it so you can buy one....right?

 

Yep! thats it I would like to buy one....
