blankety-blank 17" intertubes

who knew it would be this hard to find tubes for a 17" (1933-1934) wheel.

any suggestions as to a source?

I'm also willing to bet that 16" tubes will work just fine. Just remember to use a rim band.

Just a thought but would a motorcycle inner tube work in a car tire?

Probably in a pinch but the valve stem is offset for cars and centered for bikes.

yes an intertube is purchased on the internet

 

And for the motorcycle tubes....they maks offset valve-stem tubes, too!
