Any Richmond Hambr's willing to help a guy out?

Hey guys, I'm looking at a car in Richmond, VA and the guy can't get the car to start. It's an original 33' Chevy Eagle. Seems like he could use a hand going over the basics (ie. spark/fuel). Any help would be appreciated. Please PM me for contact info.....I believe the car is located in Richmond on Patterson Ave.
