Unfortunately, I don't think these are available in the aftermarket. You might give Bob's F-100 Parts in California a try as they deal in used parts too. www.bobsf100.com
You might try turning the stripped thread one down an a lathe and rethreading it, one size smaller. It should still be pleanty strong .
I would like to locate at least one. One is still ok. I have access to a machine shop if needed. The search goes on. Thanks, skip
