My 52 Pontiac WCD carb is leaking. The fuel inlet is on the back of the carb. There is a br*** hex plug in front of it. On the carb body on either side of the br*** plug are 2 small holes. I just got the car running and it pumps gas out of those 2 little holes. Before I get into it, anyone know why it's pumping gas out of these holes?

stuck float and filling up? should be an easy carb to rebuild.

Those holes are the bowl vents. Gas coming out there means that the float and needle valve aren't doing their job. Clean and reset the level.
