    Howdy and Aloha,
Just bought my self a beauty of a 1949 Plymouth Special Deluxe. Perusing the forums and threads for help on wiring, lowering and keeping my car ready to go on a weekend cruise in the bay area. If you have any good info can you please direct me to the forums or drop me a line.

My High School car was a 49 Special Deluxe 2 door back in 80-82. Car was very dependable and well built. Highways speeds above 55 were pushing it but it went fine stock.

I wired my 49 Plymouth with a kit from YNZ. They use the same cloth wound wire and connectors as the original harnesses. Every wire is marked, and they send diagrams that made the job fairly easy.

Thanks everyone, was just checking in wondering about a wiring harness. Got an answer already. Now how about some dropped spindles and leaf springs?
