We had a great time at the GoodGuys show and the Friday night Iron Lords party,I kinda got lost but a phone call to Merlin and he handed the phone over to someone who knows the area and we finally arrived. Got to see Jeffery James 35 running and driving..we called it a night early but I heard the party rocked on until the wee hours of the morning,,ah,to be young again! I already know a bunch of Hambers and a met several new guys. We got home around 4 PM this afternoon and I have been uploading photos,,so enough talk,,,BTW,,my photo quality is nowhere as good as what Seadog and others have posted,,I just point and shot. HRP I'll start with a few wagons,,
More,,HRP This little roadster had a crowd around it all day,, And I love this '49 Hope your not tired of looking at this tanker,,
Thanks for sharing, especially the wagons and woodies. Is that blue roadster the one that Rich was working on/ restoring? The gold sedan makes me smile. just dig it.
Yes, he did an outstanding job. Thanks for the pics, Danny. I had a good time Saturday and it was good seeing you. I was going to go back today, but got sidetracked.
Finally a couple of Hambers cars, HRP And finally a gratuitous shot of the back of my sedan,,also the end of the photos. HRP
Hey, thanks for the pic's, I missed the show this year, after making the last 4 years. How many cars this year, up or down? Thanks again Flattyv8
Thanx for the great pix Dude, looks like a sweet turnout of awesome rides. Your sedan is so hip! ~sololobo~
Larry, this 5W coupe belongs to my pal Greg (Non Hamber),, I'll send him a E-mail and see if can get that information for you. HRP
Great to finally meet you Danny! Just a little info on the blue roadster...aka "Blue Crystal"... Rich had this thing "finished" for last year's Charlotte GG, but he wasn't satisfied. So he promptly blew it apart...repainted the frame, had the fresh motor rebuilt AGAIN, redid alot of trim work, replaces sagging springs....a basic repeat of his frame-off from last year....all while building TWO OTHER cars! All I can say is, the crowd was well deserved! The roadster is righteous!
Larry,I just talked to Greg,,, the wheel's are American TTO's,,front 5" x 15" with 560.15 Firestones & the rear are 7" x 15" with 820.15 Firestones. HRP
Yes sir,I appreciate your call,,enjoyed meeting & talking with you at the show and the Iron Lords party. So many great guys in and around the North Carolina area. HRP
Great pictures! There were some nice cars there. It was good to meet you briefly at the show. Nice to have a face with a name. See ya around.
