26 coupe progress - it's black!

is there any other color for a hotrod?? FInally the car is starting to look like something.. can't wait to put it back together and get it going!!

 

decent metalwork ... got pics or a post showing where it "came from"?

 

that's the worst thing about do***enting the progress... my old computer died and i lost all the "found" pics... Got the body out in PA.. Had been sitting in a barn for years under a thin coat of dp90 after being dipped.. Apparently it had been a hotrod in a past life and had been taken apart for a redo.. The guy sold the ch***is and lost interest in the project sooooooo.........

Here is a pic of the car before being taken apart for paint... The front radials are being replaced with 6.00x16 www's. The back has been wacked down another 2" as well.

 

Unchopped Tall "T" I love it.Mercury Charlie in Austin inspired me not to chop mine.His "T" rules.
