    Hi Kyle,

Your roadster looks great. I got to check it out at St. Peter this year.

Saw you fire it up for a few people, with that old buick, it sounds even better than it looks.

Good to see you out enjoying it.

Thanks Ken, I am enjoying driving it, almost 1300 miles on it. It was good seeing you this year at St. Peter, I'll have to stop by sometime and see how your projects are coming!

    2tones10,

That car belongs to the uncle of H.A.M.B.er Johnathon from here in Phoenix and is for sale at the moment. It was built be Bill Vinther about 20 years ago for Mark Westrick, and was on the cover of Rod&Custom in December of '93...

This one just showed up in the "As They Were" thread. Pretty ratty, but the basic proportions are nice!

Here are two I hand built on a 37 ford Phaeton at 32 degree, and A 26 T Roadster.

Skater Jeff's car from here in Phoenix!!! it's in a million pieces right now, he was rebuilding it and suddenly his whole crew went off building choppers instead of hot rods. I'm sure it will be together again some day...

I knew it was an Arizona car, but didn't really know anything about it. I've had a picture of it from VLV sitting in my Photobucket for ages.

I hope he gets it back together! What's he changing?

I think the plan was to paint it. I'm not sure what the color in mind is or was, but he had a few little niggling mechanical problems he was sorting out too. I know ElPolacko made two or three drive shafts for the car over the five years or so that Jeff drove the wheels off the thing.

I've tried them temporarily on my RPU, but not too sure they look the part. I like the Brooklets screens themselves just not on this car.

I've started roughing out some fixed screen posts to try instead. Early days yet, and now I'm offshore again so they'll have to wait a few weeks to be finished. I may see about angling them back a touch, now I've come across this thread. :D

The weld is there ready to be radiused out so don't worry about the lumps.
