Outside Door Handles. Any help is Greatly Appreciated

Any Help will be greatly Appreciated. I have a 1950 Dodge B2B Pickup as an everyday driver, The outside door handles are about shot, and they dont have locks. Was wondering if any of yous guys knew of a Aftermarket 50s Style Door Handle that I could get that locks also

 

most folks who go the Dodge pilot-house truck route either find replacements on eBay or the pilot-house forum or swap meets or CL...OR...the take the factory door handles out, cover up the hole, and install the remote controlled door latch

I'm going to be using these MGTD handles with locks in them on my 41 Plymouth. Maybe they'll work for you. Good luck!
