Any of you guys running the Cragar 69 delux steel black wheels.i picked up a set of 15x8 for my 61 unibody f1. Thanks
Ugh - they look like (and probably are) the rims they used for those 'wire basket' wheels that were popular back in the 80's.
Sure do...I saw these last year and thought the same...not sure if they can ever really look good. def. not a fan of them
Not sure but these look like a set on this 41 if so I think they look nice.my 15x6 stock wheels are way narrow and for 231 a set shipped from summit thought I would give them a try.
Deffinitely wire baskets! They do look good on that 41 pick up though! And They do have a "newer" look to them.
heres a old thread on these wheels. I like them and cant beat the price. I have the 15x6 on my 55 Plymouth. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=584374
I got these for free so the price was right. They are the basketless wheels but with the bullet centers I thought they look good on my coupe. Each to his own I guess. Jim
I have them on the back of my '53 Chevy. With full hub caps. They are inexpensive, come in a variety of widths, and they're already powder coated satin black - what more could you want in a wheel? (And the powdercoat makes a good primer for paint. Mine are red now.) I got them after wasting my time with three bent used GM wheels.
