thanks! i called and it is the original stlye locking rubber gasket. and it is pre-molded to fit. so it should work.. cheap to.

im going to put dual exhaust on it, something that atleast looks better.... and i may put white walls on it too.. and jsut drive the wheels off it. going to redo the original seats next week along with all the door panels and headliner. maike it comfortable inside. its no show car but one to drive that still gets looks. espcially with all the side modlings and stuff shaved, roll pans and the front looks nothing like original when its all ***embled..

 

Where are you getting the seat covers from? I have a 53 that needs some new seat covers and seat filler.
