Hi guys, just joined today, after being a long time lurker. I picked up this Heyer Dyna-Vision engine ****yzer at the Hershey swap meet in September. It was calling to me and the guy took $50 for it. I want to restore it or at least get it working and am looking for the manual or any literature on it. Any ideas where to start? Google hasn't helped much. Thanks!
This may be your lucky day.I had one of those for 30 + years. I gave it to a friend last year so it could be in his way. He does have the manual for it also.I'm sure we could make a copy for you. Now for the bad part. I'm slow to get things done. Really pisses the wife off.
That's pretty cool. Looks like something from an old sci fi flick. I used to have all kinds of old equipment hanging around, then needed space. Gave it all away. Never saw that one before. Ken
Awesome David, PM sent. That Snap-On one is too funny...bet the marketing guy got fired for that one..
I too am a new guy on this board, I saw these posts and had to jump in. I also just bought a DynaVision thats in really nice shape. I'm picking it up Thursday and can't wait to bring it home. It comes with a operations manual. I'm curious if its the same as Mr. Smiths. Can David send me a PM so we can compare notes? Additionally I get a poster showing the scope readings. It's really fraile and I'll mount it in a frame to preserve it. Once I get pictures I'll post them here.
Bad *** machine bro. Good luck with getting it operating. Super eye candy for 50 bones any day! ~sololobo~
Hey Rust Buster, I would love to send you a Christmas present. Send me a pm with the address. Thanks, Big Dave
Hello to those who had posted to the request in the past. I just bought one of these interesting scopes to put in my garage, But I find my self in the same boat as Rust Buster was. interesting device but no data or manual on operation and repair. So if any one can help with any manuals or info I would appreciate it.
I just found one of these guys today. If anyone still has a copy of the instructions or any other info is appreciate it! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Marquette also used the name Dyna Vision. Anyone needing copies of Marquette manuals, PM me and I can make you copies of mine. No, the machine is not for sale! HAMB help is the best. The ****-O-Scope is now on the list of must haves!
Here is the one I just picked up! If anyone has the manual I'd appreciate it! Just got the scope to work on it today Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
I have an original Dyna Vision Instruction Manual, 62 pages, plus adjustment and maintenance information on Model 335, 336, 337. We used to own one of these, and all I have left is the manual. I would be willing to work something out.
I'm still here! Talk about chiming in on an old thread.... I've been busy collecting engine ****yzers. This one was my first and now I have a at least 9 of them...what is wrong with me!? Oh, and I did get the manual, I was working it in my PMs.
