Yeah my heart dropped when you said you were thinking of making it into yard art.

I until I read more into the thread I was going to PM you, and beg for you to sell it to me. Its WAY too nice and original to use as yard art.
I'd restore it, and just use it as a fun weekend toy.

 

Get that puppy back on the road way to nice to let it sit and rot .

 

I'm glad to see you came to your sences.. Guess I'll have to save that electronic kick in the jimmy for the next guy that starts talking about yard art.

Just thought I would let you know The old Girl Fired Right up! Soaked Cylinders for a week put a new 8 Volt battery & cables in it Cranked it about 10 times & the SH-T Blew out the pipe & it ran & idled! 50 years sitting in a barn & it now runs! Tks Bill

 

You should be driving that around...lots of us are jealous...as far as yard art get some gnomes lol..

give the exhaust manifold a little "poof poof" so it's nice looking like the rest of the motor. I am happy that you saved the truck.

 

If it was still in Wisconsin I'd be on it like white on rice. Glad to see she's getting some love.
