Just picked up my first COE. It is a '41 GMC. I just got all the rust through fixed and getting ready for sandblast. I want to build it into a car hauler. I was thinking about using a motor home ch***is. I want it to have dual rear wheels. Anyone have any good advise on putting this cab on a later model 1 ton ch***is, such as a motorhome or any other ch***is?

Also, does anyone have a GMC COE hood emblem, says, "General Motors Truck"?

    Thanks.

Used a 1979 p-30 ch***is. Took cab off of original ch***is, used stock frame extensions from cab to p-30 ch***is. believe or not half of mounting holes lined up with newer frame, driiled out for other holes. Steering was at right angle also. has a 468 big block chevy with 400 trans. might have to change trans for overdrive. just have to install rollback bed and is ready to go.
