There I go again, making assumptions. I didn't know you could post a rating without some sort of text post to accompany it. Sorry. Gary

I really like the look so far. Nice job. One thing I might mention is that you should consider shortening up that long nut on the bottom of your front spring perch. If you blow a tire the first thing to dig into the pavement will be that nut. Just a suggestion.

Looks good, can you show me some pictures of the steering arms and where you routed the steering cross link above the wishbones and above the frame rails ?

Would also like to see behind the rad and how it affected your lower rad hose etc.

I was going for a late 40's early 50's look but I didn't want the truck to sit real high. We built a suicide style perch and mounted it on the back side of the front crossmember, behind the radiator making the front spring and tie rod run thru the hood sides behind radiator on top of the frame rails we C notched the top of the frame rails. More pictures soon! Lower radiator hose picture will be tough to get right now but will get you one - it's gonna be tight.

Pardon my ignorance, does RPU stand for rod pickup?

Here are a few shots of the bed. Fabricated work is done & ready for color. Used 32 Ford stake pockets (modified) and the rest of the bed we made.
    1. Model T gas tank with fill neck & level indicator from a military gas tank
    2. Friction shock arms used for taillight mounting brackets. Reworked landscape lights for taillights.
    3. Flat stock with oak strips for bed ribs.
    4. Ford script removed from 40's tailgate, narrowed & riveted to fabricated tailgate.
    5. I can't remember where the bullet shaped hinge came from but we added flat stock to them for tailgate hinges.

    We'll keep pluggin' away!
