I had looked at the option of sending my axle to Sid to have done up but where I live in Canada, the shipping would have been a couple hundreds bucks to ship it there and back. Where as the shipping was free for the CPP axle. I had read quite a bit about both axles and I hadn't seen any bad reviews on the CPP axle. Their customer service however has never been given a thumbs up. I bought this through a Canadian distributor who in turn, purchased the parts from CPP so I haven't had any dealings with them as of yet. In hind sight, yeah, I should have ****ed it up and sent the axle to Sid, but now I'm going to work with what I've got, which is this CPP axle "he has been given advice by several as to how to tackle his problem and has not listened the advice. This is aside from advising him to purchase a better quality axle setup. " I have listened to every word of advice bud, and will be putting it to good use tonight when I have a chance to work in the shop
.......above is a helpful comment Just know that if you ask questions on here you will get some great knowledge and answers, a lot of very knowledgeable and experienced mechanics, amazing in fact, I have learned a lot on here, couldn't hardly live without it, BUT KNOW THIS, Beware! you will always get a certain amount of ***holes making rude comments, get used to it,weed through them and keep asking away ... they say they're worried about you doing something unsafe??? Well maybe they'll scare a kid off that wants to be safe and doesn't ask questions anymore for fear of the wrath.......just bolts it together half *** and............. We all learned from someone...I'm sure they think and will say they popped out of the womb with a pbr and a wrench in hand...cool thought actually, I can picture it!
