super easy to make using what you already have prime! thanks mace its been a while been super busy with customer stuff . friend brought over some corner patches for me . do the fit ? well you can be the judge ! shes really not that rusty the patch going to take a little doing to get this one right

The bead in the center of my patch is a lot wider than the original bead on the coupe. I plan to cut the patch in two right down the middle bead and narrow it to match the original bead on the coupe??? Any thoughts???
I just did corners this week. The patches i got looked the same. I pie cut the bottom to bring it up, shrinked the edge to get the ark correct, hammered the beads to get more roll............and then tried to use as much of the stock body as possible. Lets say " it ****ed" about 3 hours a corner.
I did the same thing, the patch panel was trimmed almost to a V.. I used as much of the original center bead of the coupe and as much of the rear panel bead as I could.. and as you've noticd the wheel well bead is practically straight, so I pie cut the **** out of that bead to get it to curve... 3 hours a side is just about right!
ugh. i went through that patch panel business with my 36 cowl. you'll have those ****ers right and tight in no time. great work.
thanks 1941 no **** ahotrod !! i would be rich!! solution coming up chop top . from what i can tell all the corners they sell the center bead is a match for roadsters. thanks nate! it was an interesting little project to say the least to get these things looking pretty good the first pic is the patch .second the measurement from the coupe . the 3rd a measurement from a roadster and the label for coupe patches in the 4th . i wonder how they fit in a roadster ? heres how i did it i had to make a new bead all the way up due to rust and remade the corner piece after some welding looking less ****ty by the minute!

Very nice work! I just ordered those same patches and am going to attempt to fix my corners as soon as they get here. If I may ask. What is your method of welding and grinding to get such good results?
nocero 99 percent of the welds on this car are tig . as far as grinding 36 grit on a 5 inch electric sander thanks ford luke !! i really cant get enough of this car. it hasnt fought one bit !! cant wait to get it on a frame! orig bracket fixed up ! its been a while since these 2 have been together devils in the details! reunited!

Flop for that tab on the bottom of the B Pillar did you weld that on from the back? Getting it ground down from the front would be a PIA. Can I ask a favor? Post as many pics as you can of the B Pillar repairs. I think they are really needed here on the HAMB. I don't see to many pictures of repairs to this area on any threads. Actually only one other thread shows anything that I could find.
Very impressive skills! I have a question, where do these cowl/subrails patch comes from? I need that.
